If an item is damaged in shipment, then I ask that you alert WHATSOLDSNEW within 3 days so that a claim may be filed with shipping agent.
I stand behind my products 100% and if you are unhappy for any reason, please let me know and I will do my best to rectify the situation. Return requests within 10 days of delivery will be honored at 100%. After 10 days 50% will be honored on purchase price. Return requests after 30 days are not honored.
